No one I know likes medical procedures, But the Gastro Center has managed to put together a staff of pleasant and confident people. I had Dr Pinn for both of my procedures and found him to be compassionate and informative , he put my mind at ease. From the front desk staff to the rear staff ( no pun intended ) everyone was amazing... my flabotomist was done with the IV before I knew it and I didnt feel a thing ! The anastgiloist and the Dr visited me prior to the procedure. When it was over the nursing staff woke me up and made sure that I had my ride coming and even gave me a drink of my choice : ) More importantly they followed up with the test results sooner than I expected, Which relieved a tense situation much sooner than I expected. I applogize to the staff for not remembering anyones names. Rest assured It is a first class operation and experience . Rich W
